It's TV time!

September has well and truely arrived now and that means it's time for all the new tv shows and seasons to start up again. So, what should I be watching? What, in your opinion, is the cream of the crop? What should I avoid at all costs, and which shows are your guilty secrets?

I understand Glee went down rather well earlier this year, Amazing Race andNCIS are returning soon, and I'm happily engrossed already in this years Top Chef (if Jen, Kevin and the brothers aren't at least 3 of the final 4, I'll eat my hat btw) and my own guilty pleasure of Big Brother US is almost over. So, what would you recommend to me?
