So, that fairly slashy RPG I mentioned a couple of weeks ago? The secondary hero just gave the main hero a flower.
Oh yeah, sure it's meant to be a sign that obviously the main hero's kidnapped sister (whose favourite flowers they are) is still around there, but the staging, the swelling music, and the fact that it's just the two of them there suggests strongly otherwise.
No, I really don't think I'm reading too much into this...
Christmas mail at work has now reached the point of total chaos as normal for this time of year. Amusingly, Swindon (the big, super mail centre that was going to replace us foe quite some time before plans changed) is failing miserably, sending out mail that it was meant to cope with to other offices and machines breaking down left, right and centre.
Given that we are one of the smallest sorting offices left in the country (a mere 500 odd people), our Mail Centre Manager is reportedly estatic that we're consistantly in the top ten best performers, whichever criteria they use. Bwahahaha!
Embaressingly, I don't think my Christmas cards are going to reach people before Christmas. I think I shall try and blame it on a phobia, caused by seeing too many of the damn things at work.
The last episode of Chuck was an odd one. I've never been so bored during the first half of an episode, only to have it shift into extreme awesomeness for the second half. *blinks*
Random Doctor Who thought regarding the upcoming Christmas special: the female character connected with the Cybermen is a Miss Hartigan. Isn't that the name of the main character in HG Wells 'The Time Machine'?
