Heroes season 3

Looks like the BBC are keeping very close to US transmission dates for a change. We've got episodes 1 and 2 from the third season being broadcast over here tonight, so that makes us only eight or nine days behind for a change.

I might well follow it that way for a change - nobody on my flist sees to be talking about it which is a massive change from the first season. People just got bored?

I'll be talking about Heroes. Unlike most people, I quite enjoyed season 2.

Ditto.

It wasn't as good as Season 1, but it was still better than anything else that came along in the same time period.

Booster Dawn 2

Personally, I felt it dragged a lot to start with, going for the slow build again like season 1, but forgetting the wow factor. It definitely picked up again towards the end I will admit.

Ooo excellent! I shall look forward to the reviews. You going at UK speed I assume? And would that include the BBC3 eps?

Yes, I watched both eps last night (mainly, have to admit, cos I want to watch Paul Merton in India, which is on Channel 5 next week at 9pm, and watching both eps this week meant I can do that without having to record Heroes.

The eps were good. I enjoyed them.

After Babylon 5, best series E-V-E-R.

Millennium

I agree with those above me.

Although I didn't love season 2 as much as the first, I did enjoy it.

And the first few episodes of season three were back up to the awesomeness of the first.

After seeing the first two eps, I have to admit the pace has picked up severely.... *grin*

It's just not all that different from the first season, except not as good. I mean... Last night it was on my DVR unwatched, and Dr Scientist and I watched two other shows before we got to Heroes. First season, I watched it first, right when I got home from work.

It's kinda lost its shiny, in my opinion.

Dawn - shiny

Yeah - that's kinda where I am. I don't find myself rushing to watch the new episode like I did before.

Last night was much more a "New Chuck night WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!" :)

And did the producers of Chuck ever deliver the whole, "Sarah wears next-to-nothing and looks good in it," for the blokes.

Heroes - Hiro - Rly

I finally got caught up last night... I had the first three chapters on the Tivo.

simplymonki and I discussed it at length, and there are a number of WTF moments, which means that it's shaping up to be an excellent season so far.

Plus, Momma Petrelli is really sort of creepy...
