Sentimental yet sardonic [userpic]

Was NOT expecting that....

July 4th, 2007 (04:15 pm)

The new companion for the entirety of Doctor Who season four is announced.

All told, probably the only person that could have made me happy that Martha got shaftedwritten out at the end of season 3.

Though it does explain the sudden rumours that Freema was getting kicked out, IE traded in for a more famous actress and given some Torchwood episodes to keep her happy. *grin*

She'll be back on Doctor Who though, partway through the season.

intresting idea to give her a few eps in Torchwood. As her cousin was killed at canary wharf, could bring some intresting storylines around.

Espically as someoe who has travelled with the doctor, and has seen the world outside this world.

And remember she walked the earth, who is to say she hasn't already meet the Torchwood crew, who have no idea who she is......Damn!

Personally, I'm betting Owen's tried to/has already shagged her in medical college.

I think she's got better taste.

And so, the ongoing woman-slaps-doctor gag goes merrily ever onwards... :D

Hopefully we'll get some quality episodes out of it all. :nods:

Snorts on her early morning cup of tea.

As if finding out about Jack wasn't enough and Martha having the balls to leave (surely qualifying her as "Most Sensible Companion") now I get Donna back.Yays!!
