Surreal experience last night catching up on my Lost episodes. Near the end of the ep, Locke turns to Boone and announces that it's gonna rain in exactly one minute. And lo, it did rain. Outside my flat at exactly the same time. Very disconcerting.

I doubt I'll be doing NaNo again this year - mainly because of the time situation with December as normal, but also because I'm going through a dry patch in my writing again. It really is a case of dragging three or four words out at a time and lots of staring blankly at the blinking cursor. tth100 looks tempting in a way to try and break me out of the routine, but alas all the good prompts seem to be gone. Though I am considering maybe doing some more Faith in Gotham City drabbles.

And even for a Monday, yesterday at work sucked. I don't know whether the Christmas rush has finally started, but putting through twice as much as we would normally do? Not fun. Oh! And we're getting the letters to Santa turning up now - so cute.

Overall, I feel kinda down, though I can't put my finger on why.
