Home, Sweet Home

December 27th, 2008 (10:09 pm)

Back at home, after several days with my parents for Christmas.

Don't get me wrong - I love my parents dearly, but there's just something about being back home in my own place, with my own rules and the ability to do what I want for as long as I like that rules. No-one around to laugh at you for sitting down and watching a 'Top Gear' marathon while scoffing Cherry Bakewells. *grin*

Tis a humble place, but mine own.

Going home to your own space is delicious, I think. Especially after holidays when you're a bit ragged.

Oddly enough, turns out I'm sleeping worse back home for some reason. *shrugs* Go figure.

Kinda like an old soft cushion that by now has moulded itself around your body. It just fits you better than other things by this time.

God, I'm getting terribly poetic. Someone pass me the coffee..

HP - Dark Lords Need Coffee

Yes, because coffee is totally the cure for poetics. :P

I can drive but don't. The show is so funny though.
